09/13/06 - TOOL forced to Postpone San Antonio Show.
Adam Jones, the band's guitarist called into San Antonio radio station 99.5 KISS with an apology and a promise
to make good with another show for ticket holders. Jones told the station that Maynard James Keenan had taken ill with a fever, and said that he was "coughing up stuff" and continued to say that "he's hoarse and he doesn't want everyone to think he sucks by going out and trying anyway". He told ticket holders "hold on to your tickets and we'll try to swing back around on this tour or on the next tour… It'll be good for that. We're really sorry about this, but it happens. You know, you're traveling and overnighting to different places and climate changes and different pollens and different infected people that are probably getting him sick and, you know."
TOOL's fourth studio album, "10,000 Days", has sold more than one million copies since its release in early May.
