Keel - Lay Down the Law - Update
It appears that the bands debut album, will be released in next month / March 2008.
Law Down the Law originally came out on Shrapnel Records, but up to this point, has never been officially
released on cd. In the past, several bootlegs have been made of the album, selling for exorbitant amounts of
money on Ebay.
Ron Keel commented: "GUESS WHAT I'M LISTENING TO RIGHT NOW.
The brand new digitally remastered 'LAY DOWN THE LAW' CD.
I am really surprised how good it sounds - I never listened past the first song of the bootleg version because the quality was so poor. And I haven't spun the vinyl since the 80's. But this brings back so many memories..."Til Hell Freezes Over" sent shivers up my spine.
I'm glad to see (and hear) that this project is in the final stages. We plan on making this an Enhanced CD with vintage live KEEL concert videos included on the disc."
