During a recent interview with Howard Stern, Eddie Van Halen stated that Van Halen with continue on for decades after he is gone, starting with replacing Michael Anthony with his own son Wolfgang Van Halen
It's all about the bloodline said Eddie Van Halen in a recent interview with Howard Stern. And just as any royalty,
he expects Van Halen to carry on long after he and his brother Alex are gone. His first step in doing this is to hire
his son from actress Valerie Bertinelli, Wolfgang Van Halen to replace the bands original bass player Michael Anthony.
This has been confirmed by the bands publicist (and Eddies new girlfriend) Janie Liszewski. The one thing that Liszewski
won't confirm or deny are the rumors that the band will be touring in 2007 with original lead singer David Lee Roth at
the helm of the great Van Halen empire.
