11/08/06 - Paul Stanley Live Show Review
The Flint Journal reviewed the recent Paul Stanley solo show at the Emerald Theatre in Mount Clemens. The review states that Stanley is "performing like he's found new life and a new appreciation for the career he's been provided". Before the KISS vocalist played a song he strutted out on the stage, with arms out and said "I want to thank each and every one of you for coming out. It means the world to me." He then played the titled track "Live to Win". Other songs included in the set were some classics from his 1978 solo release, "Tonight You Belong to Me," "Move On" and "Wouldn't You Like to Know Me" as well as some KISS classics like, "Love Gun," Strutter" and "Do You Love Me?" and two songs that have never been played live, "Magic Touch" and "A Million to One." Stanley ended the night by saying, "If I come back here again, will you all come and see me again?" and the crowd responded with a thunderous roar.
